After one of the quickest builds I have ever completed, I maidened the JUG at Kambah on the 12 of Jan 2008.  It is fitted out with a AR6200 RX, 2200mAh battery, an E-Watts 1500KV Brushless with an E-Watts 25A ESC all turning a 9x4.3 Slow Fly Prop.

jugsmall.jpgThe first thing that you think when you carry this bird to the strip is.... "gee she weighs a bit"!!  She tops the scales at 750gms (ready to fly).  You need not be concerned though as the setup I have gets her off the ground in about 3 feet if you want to.  NO KIDDING.

In the video below I take a little to get her trimmed, but after that she is an absolute dream to fly.  No nasty surprises and she flies low and slow very well.  No tip stall or anything bad like that.  I have set the ailerons up 2 - 3 mm each as instructed by other JUG owners, and if that wakes her easy to handle at slow speeds, I say do it.

I  think it is also worth noting that I have the throw rates dialled back to 65% and am running 35% EXP.

Enjoy the video below and do yourself a favour... GET A JUG!!!
